1. Use of the Service

AmiCam provides a browser-based disposable camera platform for events. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

2. User Content

You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the photos and content you upload to AmiCam. By uploading content, you grant AmiCam a license to host, store, and display that content as part of the service provided to the event organizer.

3. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
